OUTPATIENT THERAPY

Our Individual therapy program provides counseling and psychiatric treatment for families, couples, adults, adolescents and children utilizing an eclectic clinical approach that is strength-based and client centered

Family therapy provides counseling to families seeking ways to improve the overall dynamics which negatively impact family relationships.

Group therapy offers a wide range of psy-educational and psycho-social group topics which may include, expressions with art/dance therapy and conflict resolutions.  Uplift's therapeutic group counseling services are designed to support members in developing appropriate ways of relating to others by increasing their understanding of their clinical, emotional and developmental needs.

CSP services provide an array of services delivered by community based, mobile, paraprofessional staff, supported by a clinical supervisor, to Members with psychiatric or substance use disorder diagnoses, and/ or to Members who their psychiatric or substance use disorder diagnoses interface with their ability to access essential medical services. These programs provide support services that are necessary to ensure Members access and utilize behavioral health services.  CSPS do not provide clinical treatment services, but rather provide outreach and support services to enable Members to utilize clinical treatment services and other supports.

RSN services are staffed by paraprofessionals who provide care management and system navigation supports to Members with a diagnosis of substance use disorder and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.  The purpose of RSN services is to engage Members as they present in the treatment system and support them in accessing treatment services and community resources.

RC services Indivdual's currently in recovery who have lived experience with addiction and/ or co-occurring mental health disorders and have been trained to help their peers with a similar experience to gain hope, explore recovery, and achieve life goals.  RCs are actively engaged in their own personal recovery and share real-world knowledge and experience with others who are on their own recovery path.

 Uplift is offiering  transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a noninvasive procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. It's used to treat patients with neurological or psychiatric symptoms that don't improve with other treatments, such as medication or therapy. The FDA has approved TMS for the following conditions:

• Major depressive disorder
• Migraine headaches
• Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
• Short-term smoking cessation
• Depression with anxious distress or comorbid anxiety

 Uplift will be offering this service in July 2024.  The SPRAVATO is a prescription medicine, used along with an antidepressant, taken by mouth to treat: Adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions.
